Quality Section
Our more than 50-year tradition obliges us to the highest quality. As a producer of high-quality metal and plastic components and assemblies, we feel at home committed to a product quality that meets the highest standards of the automotive industry. Against this background, we pursue a strategy of continual Improvement including that of all employees, production processes and business processes. The introduction of quality management and certification as per ISO 9001:2015 confirm that we operate successfully functioning management systems with regard to quality-relevant parameters such as system, product, and process quality for the manufacture of metal and molded parts and assemblies. During manufacturing, we deploy standard operating procedures and best industrial practices of PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Control Plans & PPAP to achieve zero defect products.In addition to the idea of quality, environmentally conscious action is part of our company policy and is considered a forward-looking development factor. Binding obligations from laws, regulations and guidelines, permits, and customer requirements are accepted. We work at both locations according to applicable regulations and are certified accordingly. The company undertakes to comply with the requirements and to check compliance with these obligations at regular intervals.
